After a few travel to distance lands, particularly NZ where a French bartender produced some beautiful cocktails, we decided to be more imaginative and produce something more exotic than a G&T (don’t get me wrong, we LOVE a G&T).
Sharing some of these experiments in case others would like to have a go.. for all of the below, add all ingredients apart from the garnish and shake until the cocktail shaker starts to get frosty (unless indicated otherwise!) Any known associations are referenced. Enjoy!
